Baking session!

Hehe I have been neglecting this space, sorry to my loyal reader (you know who you are wink wink <3)

So in order to continue our quest in becoming masterchefs, Jocelyn and I decided to embark on a major cooking project! Frying nuggets, baking DOUBLE CHOC cookies and also a NUTELLA LARVA CAKE!

Actually we sort of cheated. We used a premix for the cookies LOL. Super fuss free, we just need to add water and quarter cup of oil to the mix and that's all!

Lol we used butter instead of oil cause it was cheaper

 

At this point Jocelyn tasted the batter and said it was super nice. YUCKKKK. I thought it tasted ok but I dont like eating raw flour-y stuff  （；¬＿¬)

Oh yea baby, J and A in the house

Nuggets were really easy and yummy too ^_^

Here is the recipe we used for the larva cake!

 We just used rough measurements for the larva cake. How are we to know how much nutella fits on a tablespoon 0.0 as in must scoop until a mountain forms or just one short layer 0.0 So anyways... It was a failure. The cake tasted like flour =((( Sigh, we didnt know nutella could go wrong. =(((

This is actually a new mug! We wanted to throw away the cake and save the mug but the cake was firmly stucked to the edge and couldn't be scrubbed out. So, under the watchful eye of Jocelyn's aunt, we managed to sneak the cup out and throw it away ヽ(≧Д≦)ノ Very naughty right. We're sticking to premixes from now on.
