Hi guys today was my second go at piano playing at church but today I didn't do well. :( I would lose concentration halfway and play wrongly.
I kept being distracted by my own negative thoughts.
"Last time I did fine, today will be okay too!"
"Maybe today you'll stumble?"
"I'm okay at playing the piano!"
"Maybe you suck?"
"I'm doing this to serve God, he will accept my playing!"
"Maybe you're just not good enough?"
Le sigh. I wish I could put all this negativity in the trash.
